Wight.
Sisters Doreen Gant and Jennie Lewis are organising their 3rd Annual
Event in aid of MND Association. Funds will again be raised via the entrance
fee, valuations fees and the local branch usual stall.
SUPERMARKET STORE COLLECTIONS
2006 dates
One of the main ways that the IOW Branch raises funds and awareness of the disease is via store collections. Many of the Island’s supermarkets kindly allow us to collect outside their stores throughout the summer and autumn months.
Please come along and support us. MND Association visitors and Committee members are usually on hand if you have any queries about the disease or work of the Trust.

CD for MND Association
Bryan Frost, who has MND, is a member of the Association in the Portsmouth area. Bryan has produced a CD with his band and has been selling it with all the proceeds going to the MND Association. He has already raised £1500 and would like the CD to be publicised more widely so that he can raise even more money.
He has been performing in his spare time for quite some while and one of his ambitions has always been to record with a female singer, which he did for this CD.
The CD is really excellent - a mix of rock and roll and slower songs, and very well produced.
